As a Software Engineer at Relativity, you will use your development expertise, working on software projects to build our software platform, Relativity. Job Responsibilities
Design performant, scalable, and secure software to a high degree of quality ā not simply focusing on meeting requirementsĀ
Work together with a software development team to ship high-quality, performant, secure software thatoperateson data at a massive scaleĀ
Focus on quality through comprehensive unit and integration testing and static analysis and rigorous test strategy developmentĀ
Improve the software development process by recommending changes in policies and proceduresĀ
Participate in pair programming to improve software quality and completeness and share design and implementation knowledgeĀ
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelorās Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related disciplinesĀ
Experienced in Object Oriented ProgrammingutilizingC#, Java or similarĀ
Experience building REST APIsĀ
Experience working on an agile software teamĀ
Knowledge of software engineering disciplines, including the ability to work comfortably in all layers of the Application StackĀ
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of DevOps principals, experience with Azure DevOps is a plusĀ
Experience designing and developing highly scalable solutions in Azure or other cloud platforms is a plusĀ
Experience in Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Serverless Technologies and related cloud technologiesĀ
Experience in Domain Driven Design Principles and Event Driven Architecture is a plusĀ
Excellent Knowledge ofnew technologytrends and their application in the marketplace.Ā

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$79,000 and $119,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.Ā
