We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Platform team, where you'll help build the cloud-native backbone that powers Relativity鈥檚 development ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
Design, build, andoperateplatform services and developer tooling using .NET and Microsoft Azure that are scalable, secure, and reliable.
Lead the development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) components that automate and standardize cloud infrastructure.
Drive adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation across engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to build reusable capabilities that improve development speed and consistency.
Integrate observability, performance monitoring, and self-service tooling into the platform ecosystem.
Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, andknowledge-sharing.
Proactivelyidentifyareas of improvement, experiment with solutions, and deliver results鈥攅mbracing our bias toward action.
Contribute to initiatives that embed AI/ML into platform services and developer workflows.
Qualifications
5+ years of software development experience with a strong command of C# and the .NET ecosystem.
Deep hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-native application patterns.
Proficiencywith Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
Experience building or supporting CI/CD systems and modern DevOps pipelines.
Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
Demonstrated success working in Agile product teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
208聽000 and 312聽000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.聽
