CPC Project Controller Team Lead - CP&O

The Opportunity

Provide leadership and subject-matter expertise to a team of Project Controlling specialists and analysts. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant project financial controlling services across the full project lifecycle, while driving standardization, continuous improvement, and value-added financial insights within the service model. Being the key point of contact between Business and Finance.

How will you make an impact

• Strong understanding ofend-to-end project controlling processes, including: 

• Project budgeting, forecasting, and cost-to-complete

• EAC / ETC calculations and variance analysis

• Revenue recognition and margin analysis

• Change orders, claims, and risk provisioning

• Solid knowledge offinancial reporting, internal controls, and compliance requirements

• Ability to translate financial data intoactionable insightsfor project and business management

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across finance, project management, and operations

Technical Skills

• AdvancedproficiencyinMS ExcelandPowerPoint

• Strong experience withERP systems(e.g., SAP PS/CO, S/4HANA)

• Experience withproject management and reporting tools, planning systems, and BI solutions

• Strong understanding of data flows across project, finance, and controlling systems

• Project controlling certification is an added advantage.
