- pilotez le processus de remise dâoffres pour la fourniture de transformateurs auprĂšs de clients issus des secteurs des services aux collectivitĂ©s (utilities), de la production, du transport et de la distribution dâĂ©nergie, des industries Ă©lectroâintensives, des centres de donnĂ©es et de la mobilitĂ©. Vous ĂȘtes impliquĂ©(e) depuis lâidentification des opportunitĂ©s (notamment lors dâĂ©vĂ©nements externes) jusquâĂ la nĂ©gociation et la signature des contrats.
- soutenez les Ă©quipes commerciales et nos clients dans la construction de la proposition de valeur la plus adaptĂ©e, tant sur le plan technique que financier, aux besoins exprimĂ©s. Vous apportez Ă©galement un appui technique lors des rĂ©unions de prĂ©sentation de notre gamme de transformateurs et participez ponctuellement aux rĂ©unions de lancement et de suivi organisĂ©es par lâĂ©quipe projets.
- veillez à la mise à jour des outils internes (CRM, fichiers de calcul des coûts, enregistrements de commandes, etc.).
- ĂȘtes le/la rĂ©fĂ©rent(e) interne pour les Transformateurs de Puissance au sein de lâĂ©quipe Transformateurs en France. Ă ce titre, vous dĂ©veloppez des relations privilĂ©giĂ©es avec les interlocuteurs des sites de production associĂ©s et ĂȘtes amenĂ©(e) Ă vous y rendre dans le cadre dâessais en usine ou de visites clients.

English version :
The Opportunity
As an experienced Senior Sales Engineer Transformers you will:
- Support the sales organization and our customers throughout the entire bidding process. You will prepare the necessary technical and commercial inputs by validating the appropriate technologies, defining costs with the factories, and consolidating the final documentation.
- Lead the tendering process for the supply of transformers for customers in the utilities sector, power generation, transmission and distribution, energyâintensive industries, data centers, and mobility applications. You will be involved from opportunity identification (for example, during external events) through negotiation and contract signature.
- Support sales teams and customers in building the most appropriate value proposition, both technically and financially, based on expressed needs. You will also provide technical support during meetings presenting our transformer portfolio and occasionally participate in project kickâoff and followâup meetings organized by the project team.
- Ensure internal tools are kept up to date (CRM, cost calculation tools, order intake records, etc.).
- Act as the internal reference for Power Transformers within the Transformers team in France. In this role, you will develop close relationships with production sites and may visit them for factory acceptance tests or customer visits.

- You will prepare bid submissions covering technical, financial, and contractual aspects.
- You will gather the necessary data, validate bid strategies with internal teams, and present offers to customers.

Work organization and proposal structuring:
- You will analyze customer requirements and prepare technical and commercial offers in line with specifications, while respecting factory constraints, sales guidelines, and internal procedures.
- You will plan and participate, when required, in risk evaluation processes (Risk Reviews) in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies.
Bid strategy and performance:
- You will analyze bid outcomes (won/lost), identify root causes, and recommend best practices in collaboration with sales teams and factories to capitalize on lessons learned and improve commercial efficiency.
- You will compare customer needs against Hitachi Energyâs and competitorsâ positioning using market intelligence and sales feedback.
Your Profile
- Engineering degree with more than 7 years of experience in project management within the energy, utilities, or energyâintensive industrial sectors
- Strong contract management skills, comfortable with figures, with a commercial mindset
- Ability to work independently with rigor, strong listening skills, and determination
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and customer orientation
- Proficiency in IT tools
- Fluent in English and French written and spoken
