Job Summary**
The People & Performance Brazil Director will lead and manage all human resources functions for Heinz Brazil S.A., ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and local business objectives. This role is responsible for driving a high-performance culture, talent development, and effective HR operations.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's business goals in Brazil.
* Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and offboarding.
* Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, select, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.
* Design and execute robust performance management systems that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
* Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and market benchmarks.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement, diversity, and well-being.
* Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
* Ensure compliance with all Brazilian labor laws and regulations, staying updated on legislative changes.
* Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and support on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
* Lead and mentor the HR team in Brazil, fostering their professional development and effectiveness.
* Prepare and manage the HR budget for Brazil.
* Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure effectiveness of HR programs, and inform strategic decisions.
* Act as a key liaison with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a multinational company, preferably in the FMCG sector.
* Extensive knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that drive business results.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing HR team.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Portuguese and English.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen and an understanding of organizational dynamics.
* Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
