Why This Role Matters
鈥婣s a Global L&D Program Manager you鈥檒l support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Goodyear鈥檚 global professional development programs across different levels. You鈥檒l ensure high-quality execution of learning journeys aligned to Goodyear鈥檚 leadership competencies and development strategy while partnering with regional HR and business stakeholders to drive adoption and impact. The position combines program management discipline, learning design partnership, and stakeholder coordination to ensure programs scale effectively across regions.
What You鈥檒l Do
路 Support the implementation of global professional development journeys aligned to Goodyear鈥檚 framework
路 Coordinate program planning, participant management, communications, and logistics across regions.
路 Partner with facilitators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of programs globally.
路 Ensure learning experiences are structured correctly within enterprise learning platforms (e.g., Workday Learning).
路 Maintain program calendars, trackers, dashboards, and project plans for the professional development portfolio.
路 Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth program execution.
路 Partner with Learning Operations and HR Shared Services to ensure efficient program administration.
路 Support the documentation of processes, templates, and program playbooks to enable scalable delivery.
路 Teaming up with instructional design and learning experience teams to support the development and refresh of professional development content.
路 Collect learner feedback, analyze program insights, and recommend improvements.
路 Support updates to learning journeys to ensure relevance to evolving business and leadership capability needs.
路 Partner with HRBPs, regional HR teams, and business leaders to support program rollout and participation.
路 Ensure alignment with global learning priorities while supporting regional deployment needs.
路 Act as a key coordination point between the Professional Development vertical and other L&D COE initiatives.
