The Import & Export Analyst is responsible for managing the company’s international trade operations, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations and internal logistics policies. This role coordinates import and export activities, monitors shipment status, and supports cross-functional communication to maintain supply continuity. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The coordinator also plays a key role in maintaining accurate system data and supporting operational efficiency.

What You Will Do
Coordinate and monitor import and export processes to ensure alignment with operational plans and timelines.
Communicate shipment status updates and collaborate with stakeholders to prevent supply or sales disruptions.
Supervise customs agency operations, ensuring timely nationalization of imports and proper export documentation.
Manage transportation logistics, including coordination of container movements.
Maintain and update import/export data in SAP ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
Prepare and share reports with internal departments such as Finance, Accounting, and Inventory Control.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in foreign trade or logistics operations.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills, analytical mindset, and knowledge of customs regulations.
