Why This Role Matters
As an HR Services Specialist with German, you will play a central role in managing employee documentation, maintaining accurate HR data, and supporting operational HR processes. Your work ensures compliance with legal and internal requirements while fostering a structured, efficient, and employee-focused HR environment. This role is key to providing a high-quality HR experience across the organization and enabling HR teams to operate effectively.
Manage and resolve complex HR cases escalated from Tier 1, supporting the full employee lifecycle from hiring to performance management.
Act as the primary point of contact for advanced HR inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
Process and maintain accurate HR data and transactions in Workday, ensuring compliance and adherence to timelines.
Provide advanced HRIS support, including troubleshooting system issues, updates, and integrations.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Compliance) to resolve specialized matters.
Coordinate with external vendors (payroll, benefits, HR tech) and support vendor management and alignment with company standards.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies while driving continuous improvement and supporting HR programs such as onboarding.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR support, HR operations, employee relations, or a related field.
Experience in a tiered HR shared services environment and working with cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
Experience collaborating with external vendors in payroll, benefits, or HR technology.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in a local and global context.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
High level of discretion, ability to manage multiple priorities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
