Elevates Talent Acquisition from a transactional function to a strategic advisor through data-driven insights and consultative partnership
Strengthens Goodyearâs employer brand and candidate experience across all touchpoints
Drives consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in recruiting processes globally
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and hiring execution
Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements, align on talent strategy, and set realistic expectations based on market insights
Build and maintain proactive, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple disciplines
Deliver data-driven insights (e.g., talent market trends, pipeline health, time-to-fill) to influence hiring decisions and strategies
Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and thoughtful process management
Leverage sourcing tools, technology, and creative strategies to identify and engage top talent
Maintain compliance with all recruiting processes, policies, and ATS requirements while ensuring data accuracy
Contribute to TA projects, process improvements, and global initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related talent acquisition role (internship experience considered)
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and building candidate pipelines
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience using Workday Recruiting
Experience supporting multiple functions or regions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interpret and present recruiting data and market insights to influence decisions
Exposure to process improvement or recruiting transformation initiatives
