The Senior Global Mobility Consultant serves as a strategic partner within the Global Mobility function, working closely with Global Mobility leadership to shape and execute an enterprise-wide mobility strategy aligned to business and talent objectives. This role drives program evolution through policy design, governance, process improvement, and vendor optimization while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.

What You Will Do
Partner with Global Mobility leadership to define and execute the global mobility strategy, leading key initiatives such as policy redesign, program enhancements, and vendor optimization.
Design, implement, and govern Global Mobility policies and frameworks to ensure competitiveness, compliance, consistency, and effective risk management.
Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across HR, Talent, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and business leadership, including support on complex and executive cases.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of mobility services (relocation, immigration, tax, payroll), ensuring high-quality execution, compliance, and strong vendor performance.
Monitor program metrics and external trends to provide insights, drive cost efficiency, and continuously improve employee experience and program effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional projects focused on mobility transformation, process standardization, automation, and system enhancements to improve scalability and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Bachelors degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Deep knowledge of global mobility programs, policies, and market practices, with the ability to lead strategic initiatives that improve cost efficiency, employee experience, vendor performance, and program effectiveness.
