Why This Role Matters
The Senior Manager, Sales Support, Consumer, Emerging Markets plays an important role in enabling smooth, effective, and sustainable sales operations, revenue management, and customer activation across the hub.Â
In this role, you will help create clarity, structure, and alignment across teams, ensuring that processes, tools, and ways of working support both performance and long-term growth. By building strong partnerships with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional teams, you will help translate market insights into thoughtful, actionable plans that strengthen commercial outcomes and customer relationships.
What Youâll Do
Guide and support end-to-end sales operations, fostering efficient processes, reliable reporting, and consistent performance rhythms (e.g., weekly and monthly reviews).Â
Contribute to sales planning and forecasting across AOP, S&OP, and LRP cycles, helping translate market insights into clear, actionable plans while tracking progress together with the business.Â
Work closely with Supply Chain partners to align demand and supply, supporting balanced decisions that consider both customer needs and business priorities.Â
Collaborate with Sales teams to shape and maintain customer plans for key accounts, including volume, mix, trade spend, and profitability.Â
Strengthen operational excellence by building and improving standardized processes, encouraging continuous improvement, and supporting efficient ways of working.Â
Help ensure strong data foundations by maintaining accuracy and providing meaningful insights that support thoughtful decision-making.Â
Support revenue management and customer activation efforts, including pricing execution, promotional effectiveness, ROI visibility, and close cross-functional collaboration.Â
What Youâll Bring
Around 10 years of experience, ideally combining both regional and local market exposure.Â
A well-rounded understanding of business functions such as Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Pricing.Â
Experience supporting or leading teams and working across diverse, cross-functional environments.Â
The ability to bring structure, clarity, and alignment while empowering others to contribute and succeed.Â
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.Â
Comfort working across regional and country organizations, building relationships and navigating complexity with a collaborative mindset.
