Process and complete internal and external orders accurately and in a timely manner
Coordinate and manage deliveries, including tracking shipments and resolving any issues
Order food and supplies as needed for meetings, events, or team needs Track order status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
Source and locate products or materials for various departments
Manage incentive programs, track/order prizes, and assist with communications.
Manage incoming mail/delivery for office staff on site, pick up/mail letters, pick up exception returns, etc.
Provide general administrative and assistant support to team members and leadership
Maintain organized records of orders, deliveries, and vendor communications
Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed
Ability to work onsite with solid attendance and zero transportation issues
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with basic office tools (e.g. Microsoft Suite & Office, Teams, Zoom)
Attention to detail and follow-through
Previous administrative or assistant experience preferred
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems, track data, and manage digital workflows efficiently
