This position is responsible for the successful development, coordination and implementation of productivity & continuous improvement evaluations, times study methodologies and capturing lessons learned in El Paso, TX and the Southwest. Additional responsibilities include conducting jobsite / office productivity evaluations, the development and refinement of related systems and processes, acting as a coach & mentor and conducting continuous improvement / productivity training to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel & PowerPoint. Lean Six Sigma Green belt preferred.  Â
Education:Bachelor's Degree
or
Education:High School Diploma or GED
Experience:1 to 3 years of continuous improvement / productivity experience preferred
Travel: 50-70%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.
