Global People Services is the team that powers a seamless employee experience across regions and time zones. We support employees through every stage of lifecycle preboarding, data management, benefits, and offboarding while continuously improving how HRoperatesat scale. This role ishandsâon,highâimpact, and central to how employees experience HR globally. Where you comein:
Maintains data in Workday and all downstream systems associated with Workday data.
Develops subject matter expert level knowledge of data entry review and audit procedures to ensure adherence to data governance and data integrity standards.
Perform Preboarding processes thatsupportsglobal countries.
Monitors system queues for all change requests, including new hire, termination, and all otheremployee relatedchanges.⯠Reviews all requests for accuracy, validity, andrequireddocumentation and approvals.
Serves as the gatekeeper for all employee changes, and ensures consistency, andadherenceHR policy and proceduresregardingtiming, eligibility, and consistency of requested and approved changes.
Develops andmaintainsstandard user documentation, such as SOPâs, and internal knowledge base articlespertaining toHRIS and HR processes and procedures.
Responds to employee inquiries by phone, ticket, or email to ensure courteous,timelyresolution by adhering to SLAs, quality, and standards.
When necessary,escalatesinquiries to HR Center of Excellence and/ orHR Business Partners after completing initial research whenappropriate toensure prompt resolution.
What makes you successful:Â
Open for fresh graduates or HR work experience with less than a year of employment.
Possesses excellent problem solving, continuous improvement, and analytical capabilities.
Takes accountability for and delivers consistent decisions,actionsand results.
Promotes a culture of integrity, ethics and compliance and practices through implementation of and adherence to compliance policies,trainingand monitoring programs.
Amenable to work onTuesday- Saturday7AM -4PM shift.
