Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant with 5+ years of experience to manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and various projects. This role requires a highly organized individual who can handle multiple tasks at once, coordinate schedules, and ensure that internal and external communication flows efficiently.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to manage the CEO’s day-to-day operations, including calendar management, email filtering, project coordination, and communication with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, assisting the CEO with both personal and professional tasks, and ensuring smooth internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Email Management
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, handling conflicts, and ensuring time is allocated appropriately for key activities.
Oversee and maintain the CEO’s email inbox, prioritizing important communications and drafting responses when necessary.
Project Coordination & Execution
Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated.
Keep the CEO informed of project timelines and developments, ensuring alignment across departments.
Internal & External Communication
Draft and send important communications on behalf of the CEO, such as email responses, meeting agendas, and follow-up emails.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
Personal Assistance
Manage personal tasks for the CEO, including travel arrangements, appointments, and personal projects.
Ensure a balance between the CEO’s personal and professional responsibilities.
Team Coordination & Support
Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring alignment and workflow efficiency.
Provide assistance to other team members and ensure necessary resources are available.
Meeting & Travel Management
Organize, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings and conferences the CEO is attending.
Make travel arrangements and handle logistics for the CEO’s business trips.
Qualifications:
Experience
5+ years as an Executive Assistant, focusing on calendar management, communications, and project coordination.
Experience supporting C-level executives in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
Skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet complex deadlines.
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage tasks independently.
