Role Overview:
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can execute creative vision while maintaining brand integrity across all visual assets. This is a hands-on design role, where you will create and optimize visuals for social media, web graphics, ad creatives, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, has strong proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, and can collaborate as a creative thought partner while executing higher-level designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Vision & Execution:
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute high-level creative visions across all marketing touchpoints.
Design and maintain branding across platforms to ensure consistency in visual identity.
Create impactful marketing assets, including logos, branding materials, social media visuals, ad creatives, and web graphics.
Collaborative Creative Thought Partner:
Partner with the marketing and leadership teams to brainstorm, iterate, and develop creative solutions that align with strategic goals.
Provide creative input on campaigns, product launches, and ongoing marketing efforts.
Ad Creative & Social Media Visuals:
Design ad creatives and social media visuals that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
Optimize assets to ensure they are tailored for specific platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads).
Web Graphics & Branding:
Design web graphics for landing pages, banners, and other website assets.
Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's identity and enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in a branding or marketing-focused environment.
Strong proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
Proven experience creating marketing assets, including logos, branding materials, social media visuals, and ad creatives.
Ability to think creatively while executing high-level design vision and ensuring consistency across all assets.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
