Join the team that powers the core of our clinical operations. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Member Record & Configurator team, you will build the engine that ensures accurate, personalized, and seamless care for over 20 million lives. You won’t just be writing code; you will be designing the scalable data systems that allow us to transform joint and muscle care through technology. By integrating AI-driven solutions and automating complex care delivery flows, your work will directly impact member health outcomes and operational efficiency at scale.
Deliver High-Impact Capabilities: You will lead the design and delivery of large-scale projects that introduce critical new product capabilities, acting as a core maintainer for key repositories that support our member journey.
Drive Technical Strategy: You will collaborate with your team to roadmap and execute ambitious technical strategies, balancing short-term delivery with long-term architectural health and scalability.
Elevate Engineering Excellence: You will proactively improve the maintainability, availability, and performance of our features, identifying and resolving root causes of incidents to ensure steady and predictable delivery.
Force-Multiply the Team: You will mentor and support junior engineers through thoughtful code reviews and real-time pairing, empowering the team to level up together.
Innovate with AI: You will integrate and leverage AI technologies (like GitHub Copilot and Cursor) to automate processes and enhance product features, contributing to the evolution of Hinge Health’s AI-driven care platform.
A "Learn-it-all": You are proficient in modern stacks (TypeScript, Node.js) but remain curious. You leverage AI tools to accelerate your workflow and are eager to explore new technologies to solve complex problems.
A Trust Builder: You communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical partners (Product Managers, Designers), ensuring everyone is aligned on shared goals.
Resilient & Solution-Oriented: You break down complex problems into manageable tasks, navigating ambiguity to deliver results even when the path isn't perfectly defined.
An Owner-Operator: You take pride in supporting your code in production, embracing a DevOps culture where you build, deploy, and own your solutions.
