We are looking for a founding Hexa Sprint Associate.
t's a hybrid role at the intersection of Product, AI and Venture, designed to give Hexa Sprint the leverage it needs to scale.
You will work directly with the partners and have 3 core missions.
Mission 1: Build the Sprint OS (Agentic Layer)
You'll design and build the internal infrastructure and the AI agents that power the entire accelerator:
Partner OS (Vertical Engine): help any partner structure and launch a new vertical, run fundraising (pipeline, follow-ups, materials), build visibility, and manage their 12 startups.
Startup OS (6-month orchestration engine): onboard every startup, structure their 6-month journey, track progress, suggest next best actions, automate reporting.
Agent Layer: build internal agents that reduce admin to near-zero, assist partners in real time, support founders with targeted insights, and automate repetitive workflows.
You'll experiment with OpenAI, Anthropic, APIs, no-code tools and custom workflows.

Mission 2: Support the Partners
You are the partners' right hand on everything that isn't "founder time".
Dealflow β sourcing, qualification, pipeline management.
Operations β running the machine day-to-day.
Fundraising β supporting partners on LP pipeline, materials, follow-ups.
Startup support β plugging into portfolio companies when needed (fundraising prep, GTM, hiring, ops).
π Goal: partners spend 90% of their time with founders. You handle the rest.
Mission 3: Develop the Sprint Program
Make Hexa Sprint the most visible and magnetic accelerator in Europe.
Build and animate the European Sprint community (founders, partners, alumni, experts).
Own program visibility: content, events, narrative, PR moments.
Turn every vertical launch into a signal for the ecosystem.
Attract the best European founders to Sprint.

We're looking for a very specific type of person, and we care more about what you've built than your CV.
Experience
3β5 years of experience.
Either: Engineer with a finance / VC background, or Business profile with a strong product / tech background.
Deeply comfortable with AI: you already use it daily, build with it, and have strong intuitions about agents and automation.
Mindset
Builder β you like building systems more than making slides. You've already automated things for yourself.
Technically curious β comfortable with APIs, agents, LLMs, no-code. You don't need to be a senior engineer, but you can build.
Business sense β you understand startups, fundraising, ambition. You can translate messy reality into structured systems.
Structured thinker β you simplify complexity and design frameworks that scale.
Leverage-obsessed β you hate inefficiency. You do more with less.
You won't join a team β you'll define a function.
You'll work directly with the partners.
You'll shape how dozens of startups are built across Europe every year.
You'll build the agentic backbone of the largest accelerator in Europe.

Package: β¬67K to β¬75K gross/year (base salary of β¬56Kββ¬63K + 20% annual profit sharing)
