We are growing rapidly and are looking for candidates with a background in providing technical consulting for organizations seeking regulatory compliance such as FedRAMP, CMMC, SOC2, ISO, or PCI.
Key Responsibilities
This role will specialize in advising and assessing organizations that are progressing through various compliance and regulatory efforts. Specifically, you would:
Serve as a lead consultant for cloud service providers preparing for audit
Work closely with all members of the team supporting one or all of the following work activities
Interview client stakeholders to ascertain implementation of technical security controls
Draft detailed reports including deficiency findings
Visualize system architectures through authorization boundary and data flow diagrams
Advise clients on compliance requirements including potential solutions via leveraged IaaS, PaaS, external SaaS solutions, as well as internal tooling and system configurations
Develop technical content for website updates, whitepapers, and blog posts that can be used both internally and by our clients to assist them in evaluating/building out their security programs
Collaborate with delivery team members to drive customer satisfaction and meet project deliverables in a timely manner
Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholder
Pursue continuous professional development through industry specific certifications
Manage priorities, tasks, and assigned hours on projects to achieve delivery utilization targets
Interface with internal delivery team members as well as interact will all levels of client organizations through entire engagements
This is a customer facing role. Travel is expected to be limited in nature; however, you may be required to travel to client locations and deliver professional services when needed.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelorâs Degree or 4 years of equivalent job experience
6+ years of professional services experience
6+ years of regulatory / compliance experience
Hands-on experience developing compliance documentation
Strong technical acumen with regards to cloud security and GRC
Ability to be self-directed with little oversight
Ability to quickly assess new and bleeding-edge technologies and concepts
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with other compliance specialists
Preferred Skills
Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of encryption requirements (i.e., FIPS 140-2/3)
Familiarity with commonly used network architecture, network devices/services, development platforms, and software suites
Familiarity of testing Cloud environmentsâ functionality and level of compliance
