As our Sales and Solutions Manager, you aren't just managing accounts; you are the strategic architect of growth for our customers and partners across the region. You will bridge the gap between complex technical possibilities and real-world business transformations, acting as a high-impact advisor who turns platform potential into measurable success. By mastering the full customer lifecycle, youāll lead the charge in reinventing how global organisations learn while directly fueling Doceboās revenue and market expansion.
Cultivate Impactful Alliances: Act as the primary champion and trusted advisor for our customers and partners, aligning Doceboās innovative solutions with their highest-level business goals.
Engineer Revenue Growth: Crush expansion and retention targets by identifying upsell opportunities and proactively managing renewals in tandem with the Customer Success team.
Master the Demo: Design and deliver high-energy, tailored solution presentations that simplify technical complexities and highlight the "wow" factor for both technical and executive stakeholders.
Build Technical Bridges: Configure product environments and lead deep-dive technical conversations regarding integrations (SSO, CRM, HRIS) to ensure a seamless platform fit.
Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain a gold-standard pipeline within Salesforce and Gong, using data-driven insights to mitigate risks and capitalise on regional growth trends.
Collaborate Without Borders: Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our customers and partners receive a world-class experience.
Navigate the Region: Hit the road (up to 20%) to connect with your community in person, bringing the Docebo Heart to customer sites and industry events.
SaaS Industry Veteran: You bring 5ā7+ years of experience in high-stakes, customer-facing roles like Account Management or Solutions Consulting.
Technical Artistry: You are proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of enterprise ecosystems like CRM, ERP, and HRIS.
Master Communicator: You possess the rare ability to translate "tech-speak" into compelling business value for L&D, HR, and IT leaders alike.
Commercial Prowess: You have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Data-Driven Strategist: You are a Salesforce pro who uses tools like Gong to sharpen your approach and maintain impeccable forecast hygiene.
Academic Foundation: You hold a Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or have equivalent real-world experience.
