As a Business Development Representative for our North American Mid-Market team, you are the primary engine behind Doceboâs rapid global expansion. Youâll act as a strategic consultant, helping massive organizations transform their training from a mundane "checkbox" into a competitive superpower through world-class AI innovation. By establishing trust with high-level stakeholders, you won't just be filling a pipelineâyouâll be the first person to show these companies a better way for their employees to grow and thrive.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid - Tuesday & Thursday in office)
Strategize the Hunt: Identify and map out key stakeholders within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to ensure we are engaging with the organizations that will benefit most from Docebo.
Craft the Narrative: Leverage and create high-impact, compelling messaging that cuts through the noise and sparks genuine curiosity about the future of learning.
Master the Outreach: Connect with potential clients via outbound calling, using active listening and rapport-building to turn cold introductions into warm opportunities.

Mid-Market Expertise: You have previous experience navigating the complexities of Mid-Market-level BDR or Sales cycles.
