We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Applied AI & Automation efforts. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role focused on embedding AI deeply into our products, business and internal operations.
You’ll partner closely with our Applied AI / Automation pod (engineering, data, and operations) to design, build, and scale intelligent systems that transform how credentialing and adjacent workflows are executed. This includes everything from building AI agents that automate complex data retrieval and extraction tasks, to rethinking how our business operates as an AI-native company.
This role is equal parts product strategy, execution, and applied innovation. You will define how AI reshapes our product, business and our company.
Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for ML, AI, LLMs and Agents to transform our business
Bring prioritized solutions to life through a mixture of prototyping and traditional product management
Partner with engineering, ML, AI and data teams to bring applied AI systems into production quickly and safely
Stay at the frontier of AI capabilities and translate them into meaningful product bets
Identify opportunities to embed AI into internal workflows across operations, support, and go-to-market teams
Help Certify become an AI-native company by rethinking how work gets done with modern AI capabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, measurable, and widely adopted
Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and operations to deliver end-to-end solutions
Break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans and ship quickly
Ensure high-quality execution with a focus on reliability, scalability, and user impact
Act as a thought partner to leadership on how AI changes our product, operations, and competitive positioning
Bring structure and clarity to a rapidly evolving space
Help define best practices for building and deploying AI-driven systems
You’re already the go to person for AI know-how and implications.
You’re seen as a thought leader who sees around corners and understand this exponential change better than most
You’re AI-native in your thinking, comfortable innovating in your AI tools of choice, like Claude code. You have stories to tell of bets that worked, lessons hard learned along the way and what you learned when deployments went wrong.
7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping impactful products or a strong AI-native founder experience that puts you at the frontier
Experience working on AI/ML-driven products, automation systems, or data-intensive workflows
Strong product intuition paired with a bias for execution and iteration
Ability to operate in ambiguity and define structure where none exists
Deep curiosity about AI and its practical applications in real-world systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams
Comfort working hands-on with technical teams and understanding system constraints
Familiarity with healthcare, credentialing, or regulated data environments
Experience automating operational workflows or building internal tools
Background in data platforms or workflow orchestration systems
