We are looking for a Forward Deployed Designer to serve as the primary bridge between ImagineArt and our enterprise clients. In this role, you will work directly with large organizations to understand their creative needs, onboard their teams, and ensure they're getting maximum value out of ImagineArt's platform.
This is not a traditional design role. You won't just be designing — you'll be consulting, problem-solving, and representing ImagineArt at the highest level of client engagement.

Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients onboarding onto ImagineArt
Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs, workflows, and pain points
Guide clients on how to best use ImagineArt for their specific use case
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
Consultation & Problem Solving
Act as a creative consultant — helping enterprise teams integrate AI-powered design into their workflows
Identify gaps between what clients need and what the product currently offers
Proactively troubleshoot issues and ensure clients remain engaged and successful
Internal Collaboration & Feedback Loop
Document and communicate client pain points and feature requests to internal product and design teams
Collaborate with product, growth, and creative teams to improve the enterprise client experience
Represent the voice of the client internally to help shape product direction
Onboarding & Training
Onboard enterprise teams onto ImagineArt, ensuring smooth adoption
Develop resources and workflows that help clients get up and running quickly
Run training sessions and walkthroughs for client teams of varying technical ability
Exceptional English communication skills — written and verbal
Background in design, media, marketing, or a related creative field
Basic proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe suite
Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Genuine interest in AI tools and the future of creative technology
Experience in a client-facing role — customer success, account management, consulting, or similar
Familiarity with AI creative tools such as ImagineArt, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway
Experience working with or presenting to enterprise-level clients
Background in UX, product design, or creative direction
