We're looking for a Video Editor (1–3 years experience) with strong expertise in editing short-form content (Reels, Shorts) as well as long-form videos. The ideal candidate has a sharp sense of rhythm and pacing, and knows how to seamlessly integrate audio with visuals to create a cinematic, engaging experience.
You should have a solid grip on Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, the Adobe Creative Suite, and DaVinci, with the ability to craft visually compelling edits that enhance storytelling through music, sound design, and motion.
1–3 years of hands-on video editing experience across short-form and long-form content
Strong expertise in music-driven, rhythm-based, and beat-synced editing
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is great to have
Deep understanding of audio-visual synchronization, pacing, and timing
Ability to create cinematic edits that enhance storytelling and emotion
Experience editing Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and social media content
Strong sense of music selection, sound design, and audio mixing
Familiarity with motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects
Ability to adapt edits for different platform formats and aspect ratios
Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly without compromising quality
Organized workflow with good file, asset, and timeline management skills
A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating music-driven and cinematic work
Edit engaging short-form content including Reels, Shorts, and social videos
Edit long-form videos such as YouTube content, brand stories, and marketing campaigns
Precisely sync visuals with music beats, rhythm, and tempo to enhance storytelling
Create a cinematic audio-visual experience through pacing, timing, and transitions
Select, cut, and align music tracks to match the mood and narrative of each video
Add sound design elements (effects, ambience, transitions) to elevate overall impact
Perform color correction and cinematic color grading using DaVinci Resolve
Design and implement motion graphics and animations using After Effects
Ensure high standards of visual clarity and audio balance across all deliverables
Optimize videos for different platform formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios
Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to meet project goals
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality
Organize project files, assets, and timelines for a smooth editing workflow
Stay updated with video editing trends, music styles, and platform best practices
