As an Operational Support Specialist in Barcelona, you will play a critical role inmaintainingsystems, supporting users, and enabling business continuity.

What you will do in this role

-Provide technical support across multiple environments, resolvingincidentsand managing service requests within SLA and quality standards. 
-Monitor systems andidentifypotential issues, escalating and reporting as needed to prevent wider impact. 
-Support business locations with on-site and remoteassistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 
-Coordinate onboarding processes, including account setup, access provisioning, and device preparation for new starters. 
-Manage IT assets and equipment, including inventory control, device lifecycle, installations, and troubleshooting. 
-Deliver training and documentation, including onboarding sessions, refreshertrainings, and user guides to improve adoption and reduce incidents. 

Your qualifications

-1–2 years of experience in IT support, customer service, or call center environments. 
-Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). 
-Solid knowledge of PC hardware, software, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office tools. 
-Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. 
-Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset and high attention to detail. 
-Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Nice to have

-Knowledge of PC & Print devices and hardware
