The Aloft Sarasota Food and Beverage Managerleads all outlet operationsâincluding the W XYZ bar and Re:fuelâto deliver high-energy, brand-compliant service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, driving, and hitting financial targets. As the Food & Beverage Manager at Aloft Sarasota, you will manage day-to-day operations for all food and beverage outlets, including breakfast, the W XYZ bar, banquets. You will ensure the hotel's "always on" brand experience, providing modern, stylish service while maximizing profitability, driving revenue, and maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
