As a Product Master Data Planner, you will be at the forefront of product lifecycle management, supporting the creation, maintenance, and governance of product master data. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Product Marketing to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and readiness to support business operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and maintenance across the full product lifecycle, from introduction to discontinuation
- Support BOM change requests, including impact assessment, coordination, and BOM related problem resolution
- Drive continuous improvement in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and data quality standards
- Identify and implement enhancements to product master data management processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product master data/BOM management, product data planning, or related supply chain roles, preferably within semiconductor manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and/or PLM tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Knowledge of macros, SQL, or other data querying languages is an added advantage
- Experience supporting PLM system implementations, product master data migration, or data governance initiatives is a plus
