- Base pay plus performanceâbased incentives, allowing high performers to significantly increase overall earnings.
- Base Pay $31,200 + unlimited commissions on Property and Casualty, Life Insurance Referrals, AAA Memberships, and Credit Card sales
- Average annual earnings range: $57,000â$87,000+, based on performance and sales results.
- Supplemental rampâup pay, paid monthly, to support productivity during the first six months:
- Additional$200 per weekduring months 0â2
- Additional$150 per weekduring months 3â4
- Additional$100 per weekduring months 5â6
- Elevated incentive payout structureduring the first 15 months to accelerate early earnings.
- New Hire OnâPace Bonustied to performance milestones.
- Nonâexempt positionwith eligibility for overtime pay.

What Youâll Do
- Own the sale and ongoing service of ACGâbranded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a highâtraffic ACG branch.
- Leverage proven sales methodologies and insurance expertise to uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, and grow ACGâs insurance portfolio.
- Consistently overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales while maintaining longâterm client relationships.
- Drive performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations aligned with branch and company goals.
- Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions; quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the AAA brand.
- Respond to customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and urgency across insurance, membership, and financial products.
- Identify and execute crossâsell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services lines of business to maximize overall member value.
Who Succeeds in This RoleÂ
Required Qualifications:Â Â
- Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license or the ability to obtain before hire
- Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 30 days of hireÂ
- Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.Â
EducationÂ
- High School diploma or equivalentÂ
Work experienceÂ
- 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking)
- Insurance experience is helpfulâbut not required
- We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role

- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and close sales opportunities, including disciplined lead tracking, followâup, and pipeline management.
- Apply consultative selling techniques supported by deep product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer value.
- Proven prospecting and businessâdevelopment skills, including generating new opportunities through referrals, outbound activity, and networking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customerâfirst mindset and confidence in guiding sales conversations.
- Resultsâdriven with clear ambition, motivation, and accountability for achieving and exceeding performance goals.
- Proficient in leveraging technology to support sales execution, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong listening and discovery skills with the ability to quickly assess customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Work Schedule & Environment
- Schedule: Monday â Friday 8:30 AM â 5:30 PM
- 40 hours per week, scheduled one hour for lunch
- Work in atemperatureâcontrolledAAA branch location
- Occasional travel to branch or community eventsÂ
