We're looking for a Business Analyst to help drive revenue growth and measurement across our Renters insurance line. You'll join our Analytics team in Tel Aviv, owning the analytical layer for your domain end-to-end — from identifying opportunities to building the data systems that track and measure them.
This isn't a support role. You'll own your domain, bring strategic thinking to the Renters business, and build the technical infrastructure that makes your analysis scalable and automated.
We believe three things matter for every role at Lemonade: drive to push through challenges, efficiency that keeps standards high while moving fast, and adaptability that lets you pivot with data and AI insights. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work.
Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.

Turn analytical concepts into production-grade, automated pipelines within our data warehouse
Work closely with the Renters revenue squad to define KPIs, build tracking systems, and support DTC goals
Adaptability, drive, and an efficiency mindset — we believe these matter most in human-AI collaboration
4+ years as a Business or Marketing Analyst in a technical data role, ideally in a fast-paced B2C or FinTech environment
Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries and working with large-scale datasets
Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data modeling — experience with DBT and Snowflake is a plus
Solid understanding of revenue measurement concepts like attribution, incrementality, and MMM in a DTC context
Understanding of the advertising ecosystem and how data flows through platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and AppsFlyer
Ability to work effectively with Engineering, DWH, Product, and Revenue teams within your domain
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar
