Job Title: Payroll Associate Execupay
About the Role: This fast-paced and challenging role requires quick thinking and dedication to client service. The Payroll Associate is responsible for accurately processing and recording client payrolls while providing expert customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls.
• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately, timely, and compliantly.
• Understand payroll taxation regulations.
• Process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies correctly.
• Manage quarter-end and year-end payroll reporting accurately and timely.
• Provide ad hoc reports to clients.
• Work with clients across multiple payroll environments to handle time and attendance, payroll processing, and payroll reporting.
• Resolve client payroll and system questions.
• Manage client projects.
• Respond to client calls and inquiries.
• Coordinate payroll activities from start to finish with clients.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service, including follow-up, follow-through, and accountability.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
• English B2+
