This roleis responsible forproviding top quality customer service, acting as a one-stop service across our entire product/service range.
About the Role:
Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providingaccurateand consistent information.
Ability to communicate clearly and manage customers' feedback.
Organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
Maintain good service delivery.
Perform administrative tasks assigned.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
About the Work Week:
5dayswork week, includes weekend
Up to44 hoursper week
8-hour rotation shifts (with night shift allowance)
About You:
PreferablyO' levelsand above
Prior experience in Contact Centre environment will be an advantage
Ability tooperatein a fast-paced environment
