Key Responsibilities
Strategic AI Planning & Solution Design:
- Partner with business leaders to identify where AI can improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, or enhance the financial performance of the revenue cycle.
- Translate business problems into practical AIâenabled solutions and process improvements.
- Develop roadmap recommendations, changeâmanagement plans, and business cases for AI adoption.
- Guide the organization in choosing the right AI tools, platforms, and approachesâprioritizing impact, usability, and scalability.
Implementation Oversight & Program Delivery:
- Oversee AI initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring clarity of requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
- Coordinate with technical teams (data, IT, analytics) to ensure solutions meet business needs without requiring the AI Lead to code or engineer systems.
- Ensure new AI solutions integrate smoothly with existing workflows and support operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot challenges, remove roadblocks, and ensure teams remain aligned throughout implementation.
Leadership, Partnership & Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Clearly communicate the value, risks, limitations, and expected outcomes of AI initiatives in a nonâtechnical way.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative cultureâhelping teams adopt AI responsibly and confidently.
- Provide thought leadership to guide the organizationâs broader AI strategy and maturity.
Governance, Risk Management & Ethical Standards:
- Promote responsible AI use by ensuring projects align with dataâprivacy, compliance, and industry standards.
- Support the development and enforcement of data governance practices.
- Anticipate risks related to AI solutions and work with crossâfunctional teams to mitigate them.
Continuous Improvement & Market Awareness:
- Stay current with emerging AI trends, best practices, and tools relevant to healthcare and RCM.
- Recommend new opportunities for automation or optimization as the business evolves.
- Regularly assess existing AI solutions for performance, accuracy, and longâterm sustainability.
Education:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelorâs degree preferred (Business, Healthcare, Informatics, Data/Analytics, or related fields).
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, consulting, or process optimization.
- Experience supporting or advising on technologyâdriven transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of how AI and automation can enable business improvements (no deep coding required).
- Effective communicator able to translate technical concepts into simple business language.
- Experience working crossâfunctionally with stakeholders in operations, finance, IT, or analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background or experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or revenue cycle operations.
- Prior leadership experience guiding teams or projects.
- General knowledge of AI concepts (e.g., workflow automation, NLP, predictive analytics).
- Exposure to tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or analytics platforms (not required to build models).
- Experience participating in system integrations, data initiatives, or digital transformation efforts.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Â The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Â This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Â
