As we continue to evolve our People Partner model, we are looking for a motivated HR professional to join our team in a highly visible, business-facing role.
This role is designed for an HR Generalist with a strong foundation who is ready to step into a more consultative, business-partnering position. As a People Partner, you will work closely with managers and employees within your assigned client groups, supporting the full employee lifecycle while building the skills needed to grow into a senior HRBP role.
You will partner with HR leadership and business teams to deliver thoughtful, practical HR guidance aligned with business priorities.

Build effective relationships with managers, coaching them on performance management, feedback, and employee development.
Participate in team meetings to stay aligned with business priorities and proactively identify people-related needs.
Analyze trends such as engagement, attrition, and employee relations themes, and share insights with HR leadership.
Manage employee relations matters of low to moderate complexity, including performance concerns, workplace conflicts, and policy interpretation.
Support investigations in partnership with senior HR and Legal, ensuring consistency and proper documentation.
Guide managers through performance improvement plans (PIPs), corrective actions, and related processes.
Provide support to employees navigating leaves, accommodations, and sensitive workplace situations.
Support performance review cycles, including manager coaching and calibration processes.
Partner with leaders on talent discussions, development planning, and internal mobility.
Facilitate onboarding touchpoints and early employee check-ins to support retention and engagement.
Execute core HR processes including promotions, transfers, and organizational changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain knowledge of HR policies and ensure consistent application across teams.
Contribute to HR initiatives and projects, including program rollouts and process improvements.
3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a generalist or early HRBP capacity.
Demonstrated experience supporting:
Employee relations
Performance management processes
Direct manager interaction and coaching
Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with sound judgment and discretion.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience in a technology or similarly dynamic industry.
Familiarity with Workday or comparable HRIS platforms.
Exposure to supporting multi-location or global teams.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification, or progress toward certification.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
This is a career-building role with clear progression toward a Senior People Partner position. You will receive mentorship from HR leadership, exposure to strategic initiatives, and opportunities to take on increasing ownership over time.
A People function that is highly valued by the business.
Meaningful exposure to leaders and decision-making.
A collaborative, thoughtful team culture.
Competitive compensation, benefits, and flexible hybrid work.
You are a thoughtful and proactive HR professional who is ready to expand your impact. You bring a balance of empathy and sound judgment, enjoy partnering with managers, and are motivated to grow into a more strategic HR role.
