- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, information management, biopharmaceuticals or related fields. Candidates with a background in IT/AI are preferred.
- About 3 years of working experience, including quality assurance or quality engineering. Candidates with relevant working experience in medical device and pharmaceutical product quality are preferred.
- Work meticulously and rigorously, have a global perspective, be good at information integration and structured organization, and possess a continuous improvement awareness.
- Good English communication and reading and writing skills, as well as knowledge of operating electronic systems such as Veeva and Salesforce. May have frequent interaction with other functional areas and operating companies.
- Strong teamwork and proactive communication and coordination skills.
- Provide quality assurance services to support business and customer needs, and comply with government regulations, industry and OpCo standards.
- Mainly responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the customer complaint system, quickly respond to the demands of internal and external teams and provide reasonable feedback in a timely manner, with strong abilities of problem analysis and solving and summarizing.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize document processing and data analysis procedures, continuously identify work bottlenecks and propose improvement plans.
