TheProduct Sales Executive (Hematology/Urinalysis)is responsible fordriving growth, expanding market share, and supporting Beckman CoulterDiagnosticsâposition within the Heme/UA portfolio. This role requires a foundational understanding of laboratory workflows, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, along with the ability to execute sales strategies across a variety of clinical settings.You will partner with internal teams to support customer engagements, position Heme/UA solutions, and contribute to territory growth byidentifyingopportunities and delivering value across emergency, inpatient, and outreach environments.
This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Candidates mustresidein territory, covering Florida.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Analyze laboratory workflows across emergency, inpatient, and outreach settings toidentifyopportunities and support development of targeted sales strategies
Leverage market and competitive insights to support account planning andidentifyopportunities for growth and expansion
Engage customers by aligning Beckman Coulter solutions to their operational and clinical needs, delivering clear and effective product presentations
Build foundational knowledge of Heme/UA technologies andutilizesales tools (e.g., SFDC,PowerBI) to support territory planning and performance tracking
Partner cross-functionally to execute territory plans, support pipeline management, and contribute to achieving revenue goals
The essential requirements of the job include:Â
Bachelorâs degree with 2+ years of sales experience, or masterâs degree with 0â2 years of experience
Foundational understanding of sales processes (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account support), preferably within healthcare or diagnostics
Ability to assess customer needs and support positioning of solutions aligned to operational and clinical priorities
Strong communicationand presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage diverse customer stakeholders
Proficiencyor ability to learn sales and analytics tools (e.g., SFDC,PowerBI) to support territory execution and tracking
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Â
Travel 50%-75%of the timeÂ
Must have a valid driverâs license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in:Â
Working knowledge of laboratory workflows and operational needs across hematology and urinalysis environments

The salary range for this role is$100,000 - $115,000This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total target compensation at plan (base + SIC) is$170,000â$185,000annually. Actual SIC earnings may exceed or fall below the target based on individual sales performance. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
