What you will do in this role
-Conduct quality evaluations and calibrations, providing structured feedback and ensuring consistency across human and AI-assisted QA.
-Deliver onboarding, refreshertrainings, and targeted coaching,identifyingskill gaps and driving performance improvements at individual and team level.
-Analyze quality, performance, and customer complaint data (RCA) toidentifytrends and support decision-making.
-Build and present reports and insights using tools like Excel, DOMO, and Power BI, partnering with management to define action plans.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives, updating processes in line with ISOstandardsand contributing to service quality and operational performance.
-Support AI/BOT training and knowledge management (20%), including improving evaluation criteria, contributing to automation initiatives, and enhancing AI-driven solutions.
Your qualifications
-2+ years of experiencein Quality, Training, Coaching, or a similar role.
- Previous experience as Trainer & QA
-Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
-Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in Excel (intermediate levelrequired) and reporting tools like Power BI or DOMO.
-Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
-Familiarity with QA processes, insights analysis, CRM tools, or AI/BOT environments is a strong plus.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured frameworks and fast-paced environments.
