What you will do in this roleÂ
As aCustomer Service Representativeon our team, you will:Â
- Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient,professionaland friendly manner.
- Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.
- Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.
Your qualificationsÂ
