Compensation: Base payâŻ$41,600âŻ+âŻmonthly commissionÂ
Location: 7910 Microsoft Way, Charlotte, NC 28277Â
Schedule: MondayâFriday 8amâ5pm + one Saturday/month 9amâ1pmÂ
Remote Work: This is an in-office roleÂ
What Youâll Be DoingÂ
Connect & Consult: Handle inbound and outbound calls, consult with customers, and match them with the right coverage and benefits.Â
Assess Needs: Conduct thorough assessments to understand financial resources, property conditions, claims history, and coverage gaps.Â
Seal the Deal: Finalize sales, collect deposits, arrange binders/certificates, and coordinate with the service team.Â
Stay Sharp: Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and a strong understanding of underwriting criteria across our insurance partners.Â
