Your mission
Strategic support: Serve as the right hand of the Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe, contributing to daily operations, strategic follow-ups, and project management across the region
Data-driven insights: Take full ownership of CRM analysis and deliver compelling performance reports that track results across Italy and Spain
Professional presentations: Craft high-quality documents and slide decks for internal and external stakeholders using Google Suite
Market research: Conduct thorough research to uncover new business opportunities and fuel our expansion strategy
Close collaboration: Work directly from our office and travel alongside the Sales Director to ensure tight-knit communication and flawless execution
Your profile
Early career: Recent graduate or current student (Bachelor's in Business or a related field) eager to make an impact through a high-responsibility entry-level role or internship
Analytical mindset: Strong affinity for numbers paired with a proactive, structured approach to problem-solving and data analysis
Technical proficiency: Highly comfortable with Google Suite, particularly in building complex spreadsheets and polished presentations
Multilingual talent: Native Italian speaker with a strong command of English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant plus
Hands-on attitude: Initiative, sharp organizational skills, and the confidence to challenge the status quo and improve how things are done
