Autodesk is seeking aTechnical Program Manager (TPM)to join theAI & Agentic Personalization team within AEC. This team is building the next generation of intelligent product experiencesāleveragingAI, machine learning, and emergingagentic technologiesto proactivelyassistusers across design, construction, and operations workflows.Ā

We work across flagship AEC products (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Fusion) to integrate AI-driven capabilities into real-world workflows used by millions of professionals.Ā
ResponsibilitiesĀ
Lead end-to-end delivery of programs focused onAI-driven personalization, recommendations, and agentic workflowsĀ
Drive initiatives that enable systems topredict, recommend, and increasingly automate user actionswithin AEC productsĀ
Partner with Product Management, AI/ML, data, and platform teams to bring intelligent capabilities into production environmentsĀ
Ensure responsible, scalable, and high-quality delivery of AI-powered featuresĀ
Apply strong understanding ofAEC workflows (design, BIM, construction, operations)to shape AI-driven solutionsĀ
Ensure AI capabilities align with real-world user intent, workflows, and constraintsĀ
Advocate for solutions that improveproductivity, reduce errors, and accelerate time-to-valuefor AEC professionalsĀ
Bridge domainexpertisewith emerging AI capabilities to create meaningful product experiencesĀ Ā
Lead Agile program execution across multiple teams delivering AI-enabled featuresĀ
Drive clarity in requirements, prioritization, and execution across complex dependenciesĀ
Ensure strong SDLC practices across experimentation, iteration, and release of AI capabilitiesĀ
Manage program risks, especially those related to AI performance, trust, and user experienceĀ
Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and platform teamsĀ
Drive integration of shared AI capabilities (e.g., recommendation engines, user models, real-time systems) into AEC productsĀ
Enable consistent adoption of AI and personalization capabilities across multiple product teamsĀ
Act as amaster facilitator, driving alignment across teams and leadershipĀ
Sprint-level execution and delivery trackingĀ
Program-level risks, dependencies, and milestones
Executive-level strategy, progress, and impactĀ
Translate complex AI/technical concepts into clear business narrativesĀ
Key QualificationsĀ
10+years of experience in Technical Program Management or related rolesĀ
Proventrack recorddelivering complex, cross-functional technical programsĀ
StrongexpertiseinSDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)Ā
Experience working onAI/ML, data platforms, orRecommendationsystems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)Ā
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsĀ
Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)-Ā Familiarity with BIM workflows and Autodesk tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Fusion)Ā
Experience deliveringAI-powered product features or agentic systemsĀ
Understanding of challenges related toAI trust, adoption, and user experience in professional workflowsĀ
Experience with experimentation, telemetry, or data-driven product developmentĀ

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodeskās competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $98,000 and $143,000. Offers are based on the candidateās experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Diversity & Belonging
