AT&T is seeking an Associate Director – Financial Analysis (Commissions) to lead commissions operations in Mexico City and supervise a team of analysts supporting a U.S.-based stakeholder group. In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership, prioritize workload across the team, and ensure that sales commission results are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established rules and controls. You will also drive continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and strong cross-functional partnerships.
