Distribution Reporting Specialist â The Auto Club Group
What you will do:
Work independently to support the Distribution Reporting team by participating on various projects from a reporting and analysis perspective. Serve as a subject matter expert on projects by providing advanced insight and trusted counsel in the areas of analysis, modeling and forecasting. Provide input on overall project strategy and the effective utilization of reports and analysis to drive business decisions. Participate in the implementation of initiatives to support employee, independent agent or entrepreneurial agent distribution channels across all lines of business (e.g. P&C Insurance, Life Insurance, Travel, Membership, and Banking).   Perform and interpret highly complex reporting, analysis and modeling data. Responsible for budgetary activities, to include but not limited to reporting, modeling, analysis and collaboration with Finance and field reporting teams. Serve as a liaison and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners.
Lead projects or components of project(s) that will positively affect Field Distribution activities across the corporate footprint. Conduct needs assessments to determine the reporting/analytic needs. Forecast project outcomes, potential issues and recommendations for improvements. Review business plans, product reports and forecasting models to interpret additional action items. Conduct return on investment analysis to determine effectiveness of various initiatives and plans. Maintain project documentation and provide updates to management on a periodic basis.  Â
Collaborate with leaders within Field Distribution and Operations, as well as other departments across the ACG enterprise, to identify and evaluate opportunities to utilize modeling and analytics to drive improved business results.
Prepare and distribute various reports for use by Field Distribution teams across all distribution channels.  Collect, structure, analyze and distribute data related to sales trends, product pricing, performance and profitability metrics, and other sales-related statistics (e.g. score carding, promotional tracking). Produce, analyze, and communicate reports that provide insight and guidance for sales strategy development and maximizing sales efficiencies (e.g. on-going and historical metrics to determine the return on investment). Maintain ongoing knowledge of reporting systems and techniques used to model and analyze sales activities. Ability to assist field users with technology platforms that house reporting and production information.
How you will benefit:
Distribution Reporting Analyst will earn a competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.

This is a hybrid work arrangement (time spent in office and remote). Depending on the employee's role and leadership's assessment, some employees will come in to an ACG facility on a weekly basis, a monthly basis, or on an "as needed" basis for key meetings and collaborative activities. Most employees will be required to come into the office, at a minimum, for important departmental meetings or team building events.
