Job Responsibility 岗位职责:

The DC Buyer Planner is responsible for material planning, managing the customer orders, inventory management, Sourcing and Supplier management, Cross functional collaboration and troubleshooting planning delays

(配送中心采购计划员（DC Buyer Planner）负责物料计划、客户订单管理、库存管理、采购与供应商管理，以及跨职能协作，并解决计划延误等问题。)

This position reports to the PSI Team Lead located in Indiana, U.S., and is based in Suzhou, China. This is an on-site role.

Qualification任职资格:

• Supply Planning & PSI Management: Lead supply, inventory, and PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) processes by partnering with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to align demand, capacity, and inventory. Drive forecast accuracy, ensure timely replenishment, reduce past-due orders, and improve on-time delivery (OTD) while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.

(通过与制造、采购和物流团队合作，主导供应、库存及PSI（生产、销售与库存）流程，协调需求、产能与库存。提升预测准确性，确保及时补货，减少逾期订单，提高准时交付率（OTD），同时降低过剩及呆滞库存)

• • Data-Driven Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Leverage analytics (Min/Max, OTD, past due, ITO) to identify risks, trends, and gaps across demand and supply. Lead corrective actions, process improvements, standard work, and automation initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and execution.

(利用数据分析（最小/最大库存、OTD、逾期订单、库存周转率ITO）识别供需风险、趋势及差距。主导纠正措施、流程优化、标准化作业及自动化项目，以提升计划效率和执行力。)

• • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution: Act as a key integrator across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive alignment. Enable effective decision-making through structured reviews, clear communication, and proactive issue resolution to improve service levels and overall operational performance.

Travel 差旅:

This position requires travel to Japan for meetings with the commercial team, with approximately 10% of time spent traveling.

Bilingual Communication (English & Japanese): This role requires strong collaboration with both U.S. and Japanese stakeholders; proficiency in both English and Japanese is essential.
