As aTeam Leaderon our team, you will:Â Â
- Team & Performance Management: Monitor and report team/individual performance, give regular feedback, conduct appraisals, manage disciplinary issues, suggest promotions, motivate staff, and control turnover
- Training & Development: Track training needs, support onboarding, provide technical/communication skill development, and delegate tasks to foster growth
- Recruitment & Staffing: Collaborate with HR on hiring,participatein interviews, request new hires when needed, and ensure backup coverage
- Customer & Client Relations:Maintaincontact with customers, handle escalations and complaints, attend service-level reviews, and support in emergencies
- Operations & Organization: Distribute workload, define/update processes, manage internal tools, ensure procedures are followed, and resolve logistical issues
- Reporting & Quality: Collect, analyze, and share performance metrics, conduct quality checks, and propose improvements in bonuses, reporting, and procedures.

- Are proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English
- Minimum 6 monthsâ experience as a senior agent (mentor) or agent, preferably within a project.
- Strong leadership, peoplemanagement, and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer care skills.
- Strong organizational andchangemanagement capacity.
- Proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel.

- Full time39 hours/week contract: rotaive Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00
- Salary 22.000 euros gross/year + up to 3.180 euros gross/year in bonus
