Surgical Technologist

Join a highly skilled surgical team where your expertise directly supports safe, successful procedures across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric care. As a Surgical Technologist, youâll play a vital role in the intraoperative phase, ensuring surgeons have exactly what they needâwhen they need it.
What Youâll Do
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields using bestâinâclass aseptic techniques
- Set up ORs with appropriate instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Pass instruments and assist surgeons throughout procedures
- Anticipate procedural needs to keep cases moving efficiently
- Perform accurate sponge, sharp, and instrument counts
- Care for, clean, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
- Support patient transport and assist with equipment movement
- Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and OR team members
- Participate in safety initiatives (WHO Checklist, hand hygiene, quality goals)
- Rotate onâcall nights, weekends, and holidays
- Serve as a preceptor for students and new hires (selected service lines)
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (or equivalent experience)
- Eligible to practice as a Surgical Technologist in Massachusetts
- Certification required within 1 year of program completion
- BCLS certification required
- Strong communication skills and comfort working independently
- Ability to function across multiple service lines in a fastâpaced OR

Pay Range:
$35.18 - $52.27
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
