About the Danvers Treatment CenterÂ
The Danvers Treatment Center is a medically monitored addiction program offering 24/7 nursing care for people undergoing withdrawal from alcohol or other substances. Youâll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values communication, learning, and compassionate care. Our care model includes:Â

Your Role: Addiction Medicine Registered NurseÂ
As an Addiction Medicine Nurse, your presence helps patients feel safe, supported, and hopeful during a vulnerable time. You will:Â
Monitor and document patient symptoms, progress, and overall careÂ
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on individualized treatment plansÂ
Promote a therapeutic environment that supports patientsâ physical and emotional wellâbeingÂ
Administer and monitor medications according to established protocolsÂ
What Weâre Looking ForÂ
Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse licenseÂ
Current CPR certificationÂ
Background in addiction medicine, medicalâsurgical nursing, or mental health nursing (preferred)Â
Commitment to evidenceâbased practiceÂ
Ability to provide culturally competent, equitable care to diverse and underserved populationsÂ
Pay Range:
$38.76 - $52.17The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
