🧠 WhatYou’llDo

• Administer andmonitorpsychotropic medications

• Assess and managedrug and alcohol withdrawal

• Utilizede‑escalation techniquesand restraint management when clinically necessary

• Partner closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, therapeutic care

• Support patients through stabilization, recovery, and treatment planning

✅ WhatWe’reLooking For

• Current Massachusetts RN license(required)

• BLS required

• BSN preferred

• Demonstrated competence in:

• Psychotropic medication administration & monitoring

• Substance‑use withdrawal management

• De‑escalation and restraint management

Scheduled hours:

32 hours day shift, every other weekend and rotating holidays.
