BILH Care Center of Danvers is an outpatient surgery center that consists of 4 operating roomslocatedin Danvers, MA. Weprovidea wide range of specialtiesincluding:orthopedics, GYN, general surgery, pediatrics, Urology, ENT, oculoplastic, plastic surgery, podiatry,painand cataracts.
The Operating Room Registered Nurseis responsible forproviding safe patient care for patients undergoing operative and other invasive procedures. As a Registered Nurse( RN) for our Outpatient Team, you willbe responsible forthe following: Completed assessments, administer medications/treatments,observespatientsprogress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to developan optimalhealth care strategy plan for each patient. Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achievemaximumoutcomes.
32 hours per week , days-no weekends, no call, no holidays. Potential to float to Beverly Hospital Operating Room.
Bachelorâs Degree inNursing( BSN) preferred
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Basic Life Support( BLS)required
CNOR preferred
At least 1-2Â yearsof work experience in an operating room environmentrequired, orgraduated from a Periop101 educational program.
Pay Range:
$36.00 - $79.12This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
