LoveStream is looking for a Sales Operator to own one of the most critical parts of our sales funnel—converting inbound leads into booked calls and closed deals through text and email.
The best part - this is not a traditional sales role. You will not be cold calling or spending your day on the phone. Instead, you’ll manage a high volume of inbound leads and communicate with customers through text and email, guiding them toward a purchase or handing them off to an Account Executive when needed.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales but prefers written communication over phone-based selling, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound leads (up to hundreds per day)
Engage prospects via text and email to answer questions and guide them toward a purchase
Use templates and messaging frameworks while knowing when to personalize responses
Identify opportunities to close deals directly or push prospects to book a call
Hand off more complex or high-touch opportunities to Account Executives
Continuously move conversations forward and prevent leads from stalling
Balance speed and quality across multiple conversations at once
2–4 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or similar
Strong written communication skills (clear, concise, persuasive)
Sales instincts—knowing when to push, when to wait, and when to escalate
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Self-starter who can operate independently without heavy oversight
Preference for text/email-based selling over phone calls
Experience in chat-based or text-based sales environments
Background in PR, copywriting, or customer-facing writing roles
Experience with inbound lead conversion or high-volume funnels
Familiarity with CRM or messaging platforms
