You will work across global engineering teams to translate sustainability ambitions into measurable, auditable product outcomesâbalancing cost, safety, quality, and performance. With increasing expectations from customers, regulators, and stakeholders for credible productâlevel data, your work will directly support compliance, ESG reporting, and longâterm business resilience.
If you thrive at the intersection of engineering, data, and sustainabilityâand enjoy influencing without direct authorityâthis role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of sustainable product design at scale.

- Strengthen governance, reporting, and auditâready sustainability metrics.
- Build capability and foster ownership of sustainable design within engineering teams.
- Translate regulatory and customer sustainability expectations into engineering requirements.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background

- 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in sustainabilityâfocused roles.
- Proven success delivering designâled sustainability or product carbon reduction initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of lifecycle assessment, sustainable materials, and carbon accounting.
- Experience leading global, crossâfunctional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a dataâdriven approach to decisionâmaking.
